We have a high closing ratio. In four years only a handful of assigned deals have fallen through.

We have deep working relationships with trusted title companies as well as a robust knowledge of title issues, which allows us to clear title proactively.

We offer flexible solutions for sellers including subject to, seller finance, seller leaseback, paying for out of pocket moving costs, and more.
